Audit team in briefing, files and control grids on the table

Our expertise

LQA preparation: arrive before the audit with standards already held.

LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) is the quality audit framework used by many luxury houses and international groups. We conduct a white audit under the conditions of the assessment, then a corrective plan carried through to the control visit.

Stakes

The issues this mission addresses.

A short assessment, lasting consequences

The LQA assessment takes place over a brief period and its result then stands for months of operation. The gaps that cost the most points are corrected weeks in advance, never the day before.

A precise framework, often discovered too late

The framework covers the entire guest journey, from first contact to billing, criterion by criterion. A late reading lets through points that are easy to prepare.

A score that weighs beyond operations

The result is followed by management, owners and sometimes distribution networks. It weighs on the attractiveness of the address and on the confidence placed in the team in place.

Our approach

Four stages, from scoping to debriefing.

01

Scoping under NDA

Assessed scope, visit schedule and standards applicable to your address. Contractual confidentiality before any internal document.

02

Fieldwork

White audit under the conditions of the assessment: full guest journey, accommodation, restaurants, spa and observation of practice at each workstation.

03

Analysis

Gap by criterion and prioritisation according to the effort of correction and the impact on the final result.

04

Debriefing

Debriefings take the form of a presentation, a sent report, or our Sassurvey tool, which tracks campaigns by outlet, region and area. Gaps are detailed by criterion of the framework, with a corrective plan sequenced up to the official assessment.

What you receive
