Accessibility statement

Our commitment

This site is designed to be read and used by every professional who consults our services, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader or enlarge text. Legibility is part of our requirements, exactly as it is in our audit reports.

What we have put in place

Every page carries a single main heading and a consistent heading hierarchy. Text contrast meets the recommended legibility thresholds: main text on a light background at 14.2:1, secondary text at 5.9:1, light text on the taupe background at 5.6:1. The site is fully keyboard navigable, with a visible focus outline, and the layout follows browser text zoom. Animations switch off automatically when your system asks for reduced motion. Content images carry descriptive alternative text and every form field is linked to its label.

Known limitations

The documents delivered after a mission, reports and assessment grids, are produced outside the site and have no adapted version by default. An accessible version can be requested when the mission is scoped, from your usual contact.

Reporting a problem

If a page, a form or a document causes you an accessibility difficulty, tell us from the contact page: these reports are handled as a priority and receive an answer within 24 business hours.
