Which property

Multi-site audit for hotel and restaurant groups, family offices and asset managers

Beyond three addresses, declared compliance replaces real compliance. We audit portfolios with a single framework, consolidated reporting and, where the mandate requires it, operational due diligence before acquisition.

Your stakes

What is at stake in this type of property.

Brand standards applied differently

Every management team claims to apply the group framework; nobody measures the real gap between two addresses. Reporting sends up indicators, rarely behaviours.

Due diligence that ignores operations

Before an acquisition, financial data is analysed in detail. The real ability of the teams to keep the announced standard is analysed far more rarely.

A multi-country portfolio with no comparable measure

Without an identical protocol and auditor rotation, international comparisons mean nothing and investment arbitrations are taken blind.

Areas covered

France, Switzerland and international.

Our missions are conducted in the three languages of Switzerland, in France and, on request, in the rest of the world.

France

Paris, the Côte d’Azur, the Alps, regional cities and resort destinations. Assignments across the whole territory, including peak season.

Switzerland

Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Lucerne, St. Moritz, Gstaad and the Alpine resorts. Swiss rigour applied to the standard of the house, in French, German and Italian.

International

Assignments arranged on request in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas. For each mission, auditors matched to the market, the local customs and the language of the property; schedule and travel confirmed before engagement.

Use case

A mission conducted in your category.

Anonymised case — multi-site programme, a portfolio of several addresses

An asset manager wanted a genuinely comparable measure between the addresses in its portfolio. Scope: a single framework, an identical protocol at every visit and auditor rotation, across accommodation, dining and arrival. The consolidated reporting highlighted differences in consistency between sites, with no correlation to the category of property. Arbitrations and corrective budgets were decided in committee on that basis.

No client name, no figure and no reference is published without the prior written approval of the property concerned.
